All of life’s problems, challenges and blessings are experienced on an unseen level as well as on the physical plane. Life events impact us spiritually as well as physically, mentally and emotionally. When you are not experiencing life the way you might wish to or are maybe facing difficult circumstances or choices Spiritual solutions are always available to us should we seek them out. Spiritual solutions offer us another perspective, a release, a renewal and even rebirth. As awareness expands spiritual solutions, hitherto unseen and unrealised, appear.
Overworked employee, overwhelmed empath, overwrought parent, overstretched partner, in grief, in shock and in pain. At various points in my life, I’ve been all of the above, sometimes all at once. Seeking a spiritual perspective on life’s biggest challenges has been transformational for me. Every problem has a spiritual solution.
As my personal journey progressed I opened further to the influences and guidance of the unseen world. I have studied and practised high-quality, sensitive, evidential mediumship for many years, working with a number of mentors and tutors at the world-renowned Arthur Findlay College and beyond. I am also a certified Reiki Master and energy therapist.
A Spirited Solutions Session is my offering to you. It is tailored to your requirements and can incorporate any or all of my trained modalities.

Spiritual Solutions are available for grief, anxiety, depression, loneliness, uncertainty, insecurities, addictions, self-esteem, body image, relationships, family issues, parenting, goal setting, finances education, learning, motivation, fears, ancestral patterns, life enhancement, lifestyle changes, life coping skills and much much more. Sessions are booked by the hour or half-hour. Packages of 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 hours are available for regular clients upon request.

We are spirit in a physical body. When we leave our physical bodies our spirit lives on. Our spirit is pure energy and, as such, can neither be created or destroyed. The love that our friends, family and pets have for us does not die when they leave this physical life. Love is eternal and provides that bridge by which our loved ones in spirit can continue to communicate with us. Spiritual mediumship allows our loved ones in spirit to step forward and provide evidence of their continued existence through shared memories, physical descriptions, personality traits, defining characteristics and family stories. This brings healing and reassurance to those of us still here in the physical realm and our loved ones in spirit welcome the opportunity to allow you to feel their love and share in your life events once more.
During a Mediumship Reading, I will blend, connect and communicate with family, friends or loved ones who have passed away, providing information about them as people, their lives and shared memories in order to offer reassurance that your loved ones have survived physical death. Very often your loved ones will give guidance and offer help in a loving, encouraging way throughout the Reading.
This aspect looks at you, your life now and the influences around you. Any aspect of your life, home, relationships, family, work, security, wellbeing may be looked at with the intention to bring insight, clarity, understanding, empowerment, guidance and reassurance.
For those clients who feel called to explore their true nature in a deeper way, the following aspects may also be looked at as part of your Intuitive Reading.
Soul readings
Who are you and how is that playing out in your life in the moment? You are not your name or your body, you are the spirit within. Your spirit has much to share with you and tries to get your attention in many ways. This type of reading is about you and your spirit, the guidance your spirit wishes to bring forward to assist you on your path, your spiritual development, soul gifts and purpose.

Soul Companions and Soul Champions
We are never alone, we are guided and supported by the spirit always. At certain times in our lives we will be supported and guided by individual spirits who step forward in love to assist, teach and heal. This session will enable you to learn more about how your guides and supporters are working with you at this time and provide insight into how you can build a closer relationship with them. You will also gain insight into how your life and spiritual pathway are working in harmony, or otherwise, at this time.
Past lives
Who were you before and how is the answer to that question influencing you and your life in the here and now. Find out who you have been in previous lives and what learning from past life experiences has resonance and can be carried forward to assist you in this life time. This type of reading can have a profound impact on how we view ourselves, our actions and the actions of others in this lifetime. Allowing us to view ourselves and those around us with greater compassion, understanding and acceptance.
Whilst all sessions provide healing in their own way, I am also a certified Reiki Master and Seichim energy healing practitioner and work with spirit specifically for a healing purpose. I work intuitively with spirit to bring balance and healing to all of the energy bodies- spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. I specialize in Reiki, energy clearing, chakra balancing, energy releasement, intrusive energy removal and inner child healing.
An Auragraph is a totally unique piece of art created for you to reflect your spirit and the spiritual influences at play in your life. It is an amalgation of a Soul Reading, Psychic Reading in art form and may even include the face of a spirit guide. Your auragraph is accompanied by either written notes or telephone/video call reading lasting 20 minutes.
